The Fund provides you with assistance from underwriting attorneys, most of whom are Florida Bar board-certified in real estate. This service is available to:

• Fund members issuing policies through Attorneys' Title Fund Services
• Fund title examiners at our branch offices
• Paralegals and other support personnel involved in issuing Policies through Attorneys' Title Fund Services

Your practice is well-served by our attorneys who are current on changes to real estate law as well as title insurance practices. They also contribute regularly to Fund Title Notes and The Fund Concept - valuable publications for the industry - and teach at many of The Fund's seminars.
