Product Training

To ensure that you can use our products with ease and confidence, you receive comprehensive, hands-on instruction, including a training workbook, for ATIDS, DoubleTime, and ProPel. Training is provided through classes at any of The Fund's branch locations, and is approved for CLER credits by The Florida Bar and the National Association of Legal Assistants.

ATIDS I Basic

This one-day training class is designed to show novice users of the Automated Title Information Data System (ATIDS^®) how to use the transactions to successfully complete a real property research. A two-day course is available upon request and includes additional practice sessions.

ATIDS I Advanced

This one-day training class is designed for those who have attended the basic training on the Automated Title Information Data System (ATIDS), but require using the system for more complex searching techniques. The class also includes additional information on mapping, phase type condos, and problem-solving transactions.

DoubleTime

This two-day training class is designed to show the use of the closing software in the preparation of closing documents in a real estate closing transaction.

ProPel

ProPel^® training is included in ATIDS training. Half-day courses are available upon request.
