FUND NEWS: March Legal Education Seminars

The Fund is pleased to offer 3 continuing Legal Education seminars during March in locations around the state.

We are happy to also announce that the reduction in seminar prices will be continued throughout 2010, to just $50 per attendees for Members and their staff. In addition, the RESPA Reform seminar remains free of charge to Fund members and their staff.

Note: Some seminars may be filled to capacity by holders of confirmed reservations. Pre-registration guarantees you a seat, and avoids the possibility of being turned away. If you are planning to be a "Walk-in" at any of our Fund CLE seminars, we urge you to pre-register instead (without cost or penalty). If you choose to be a "Walk-In", you will need to double check with the Education Registrar within 24 hours of the seminar to confirm the seminar will be presented as scheduled. In the unlikely event there are no confirmed reservations for a seminar, The Fund may cancel that seminar without further notice to ensure we best utilize our resources to most effectively serve you. However, holders of confirmed reservations are always notified of seminar changes.
